Imam Husayn’s message in Karbala is timeless and evokes the hearts of all human beings.
Let’s together do Khidmah and give comfort to the most vulnerable population in the most remote areas in Nairobi Kenya.
Taking care of the elders, the sick and the most vulnerable is what we learn from A’shura.
Lantern of Light partners with Markaz Misbahul Huda in organising pragmatic ways in reenacting the seerah of Sayyida Zaynab s.a and give free basic caregiver trainings to the most marginalized communities in Nairobi Kenya.
As we approach the holy month of Muharram, Markaz Misbahul Huda will be holding free basic caregiver trainings in honour of Sayyida Zainab (as).
Sayyida Zaynab (as) was the backbone of the weak during and after the massacre in Karbala.
She was the primary first aider and caregiver to all those who were injured, sick, widowed, and orphaned.
Taking care of the elderly, the sick and the disabled is a service only payable by Almighty God, for such a service can’t be quantified.
The following dates will be dedicated for free training both by the certified caregivers on ground at the Markaz Misbahul Huda premises and at different centres in Nairobi.
- 9th and 10th
- 16th and 17th
- 23rd and 24th
On Sunday the 7th we will train women at Gachie
Saturday the 13th we will train women at Pumwani Majengo.
Sunday the 21st, we will train women at Kirigiti.
Our budget for every training we have put it at a very low cost as this will aid in the travel, lunch and logistics for the trainers.
The total cost of all 4 trainings will be equivalent to only £200
Let us leave footprints of Khidmah and why not Sponsor this amazing initiative for only £200
(This includes training, logistics, travels, light refreshments)
Follow the beautiful seerah of Sayyida Zaynab & support the most marginalized and vulnerable women.
